There were no cases before the Court today. Thursday, f)Tu January. Breaches of Tht.spass Ordinance. — James Miles was fined Tjs and costs for allowing a horse to stray in Tay-strcet on the 6th inst. Archibald Cameron was fined in the s "'.ne amour t for allowing four horses to ])p at large in Tay-strect, on the 4th inst.; and Richard Hurkc received the same award for allowing two horses to stray in Tay -street, on the Gth inst.
