We take the following telegrams from the Melbourne Krrnini/ jNY/'-v of Dec. 18th : — SOUTH ACSTKALIA. Adelaide, December 18. The Murray steamer Settler, is intended for the New Zealand trade. Messrs. Solomons and Co. sold the whole of the cargo of sugars, ox the Express, from Mauritius, yesterday, at reduced rates. Dark rations, £20 10s; good to line brown, £2:5 to £24 os ; white crystals, £3G ; snowdrops, £-11 to £41 ~s fid. The supply of wheat i-; not equal to the demand; farmers being indifferent about selling. The latest quotations are Is 51 per bushel for immediate delivery; a shade less for forward delivery. In flour there is nothing doing, and prices continue unaltered. Bran is quoted at Is 3d. There is sonic speculation in corn sacks, they arc now worth IGs per dozen.
