LETTER CARRIERS’ DELIVERY Deliveries by Letter Carriers are made daily Town delivery at 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. Suburban delivery at 9 a.m. MAILS WILL CLOSE AS FOLLOWS : Monday, 12th Nov. Eor tbe United Kingdom, the Continen of Europe East and West Coasts of South America, per R.M.S. Tainui, at 3.45 p.m., Tbe Tainui will leave Wellington on 15th November and be due in London on26th December. Money Orders and Registered Letters will close at 2.45 and parcels at 3.45 p.m. Tuesday, 13th November. Eor the United Kingdom, and the Continent of Europe (via Brindisi) India, China, Japan, Straits Settlements, Aden, Egypt, Tasmania, and the Australian Colonies, per per s. s. Manapori, at 1 p.m. Money Orders and Registered Letters up to noon. The English mail of this despatch will be due in London on 25th December, i Thursday, 15th November Eor Puysegur Point and Cromarty, per s.s. Invercargill, at noon. Note. —A post office has been opened at Otatara, under the charge of Mr Anthony Campbell, storekeeper.
