Hagerty must be paid either to himself (who has been empowered to collect same) or to the undersigned on or before 29th September, 1894, otherwise summonses will be issued in all cases, without further notice. All accounts against the said J. Hagerty must be sent in (approved) to the undersigned on or before 29th September next, otherwise said accounts will not be recognised.
