■ The N. M. : mid A. Co report of the stock market at the Junction on Tuesday as follows : Fat Cattle.—s 7 entered, A large number were only good stores, and these were bought by graziers. For anything good the demand was only moderate; butchers being well supplied from outride sources. Three extra prime heavy bullocks brought up to £lO 10s ; a few others to £7 10s; and cows £4 5s to £5 5s for medium. Fat Sheep.—l 242 entered. Demand rather slack. Little doing in the freezing. A few extra goo 1 wethers brought up to 13s ; ordinary, 11s 3d to 12s ; fat ewes, 8s 6d to 10s. Store Sheep —f 660 entered. Owing to the lack of accommodation sheep were in every corner, and consequently the sale was very late in being finished. Store wethers brought 10s to 12s ; small, 7s 6d to 9s ; breeding ewes, 7s 6d tc 10§; culls, 2s to ss. Crossbred lambs in very limited supply, and inferior quality, from 4s to 8s Id for a few good. Considering the large entry, the demand was very good, most of those in the sheep yard being sold, although those in the cattle yards did not succeed so well. Store Cattle, 120.—There was practically no sale, buyers being nearly all away. We yarded 3363 slieep and 64 head cattle, and with the exception of a line of merino wethers, cleared the lit at above prices. Privately we have placed 3,200 crossbred and merino sheep and 150 fat and store cattle at satisfactory prices. Skin Sale Moderate entry, everything being sold at very satisfactory prices. Odd lots of wool at 21 d to 6£d. Prices—2sd to 51d ; green skins, to 2s 2d each ; dry pelts, 9d to Is lOd each ; hides, to Ifd per lb. Rough fat, 14s 9d per cwt.
