POSTAL NOTICE.
Mails will close as follows ; Saturday, 13th January. —For the United Kingdom and the Continent of Europe (via Naples), India, China, Japan, Straits Settlements, Aden, Egypt, Tasmania, and the Australian Colonies, per s.s. AVaihora at 10*25 a.m. Money orders, registered letters, and parcels at 9.25 a.m. The English mail of this despatch will be due in London on 28th February. Correspondence per this mail must be especially addressed via Naples. For the United Kingdom, the Continent of Europe, Fast and AVest coasts of South America, per R M S Rimutaka at 3.45 p.m. The above steamer will leave AVellington on 18th inst, and be due at Plymouth on Ist March. Money orders and Registered Letters will close at 215 p.m. Parcels at 3.45 p.m. Correspondence must be specially addressed per Rimutaka. The English mail via Frisco will close on Tuesday 23rd inst. due in London on the 28th February. Note —The s s Richmond will leave Auckland for the South Sea*lslands on the 24 inst. (Signed) J. W.
