That all blocks of tickets must be re* turned not later than Tuesday evening. 2nd. I hat no Art Union tickets will be sold on the day of drawing. 3rd. That admission to the Theatre on Wednesday evening will be by special tickets, for which (to prevent a crush) the moderate price above mentioned will be charged. 4th. That the Drawing will be entirely in the hands, and carried out under the supervision, of an independent committee, consisting of the following gentlemen :—His Worship the Mayor, the Hon. J. G.
