I do not propose to elaborate my views* here, but will take full advantage of the time which must elapse before the elections, to meet you at the various centres and make known to you what are my views on the political questions of the day. As a native of New Zealand and of your own district, it is needless to say that I am intimately concerned with its growth and welfare, and with the progress and advancement of all our Colonial Institutions.
