The form revealed at the Egmont Racing < Club's recent fixture should provide a fairly reliable guide for the Taranaki Jockey Club's Christmas meeting, which opens at New Plymouth on Thursday next. The fields are of a comfortable' size and should supply good racing. The first event is timed to start at 11.45 and following is the programme: — HUATOKJ PLATE, of 135 sovs.;
