Both took part in the Horowhenua competitions on July 27th; Foxton had a bye on August 3rd.

Mr Heyes (Foxton) said he .thought that, the correct procedure would /be for the players in question to apply for clearances from their clubs.

The President (Mr W. Hannan) remarked that there was no need ,to worry about the matter this season. Mr Robinson (Foxton) said he had spoken to several of the players named, ana they had denied having applied for affiliation. Taylor and W.
