Messrs Abraham and Williams, Ltd., have received advice from Dunedin to the effect that- last week's sale of Opossum skins was very animated, bidding being very keen from the outset, prices realised being well beyond expectation. Quotations as follows:—Super blues, 20s 6d to 21s 6d; first blues, 16s 9d to 17s 3d; second blues, 13s 6d to 14s 3d; small blues, 8s to 9s; super greys, 17s 6d to 19s lid; first greys, 35s to 16s 9d; second greys, 12s 3d to ✓l3s 2d; D. small greys, 6s to 7s; super blacks, 19s to 20s 7d; D. first blacks, 15s'to 17s 8d; D. second blacks, lis to 13s 6d; D. small blacks, 6s to 7s 3d; super reds, lis 6d to 12s 8d; first reds, 9s 6d to 10s 8d; second reds, 7s to 8s 6d; small reds, 5s to 6s; super browns, 18s to 20s; first browns, 13s to 16s 8d; second brown, 10s 10d, to '' Us 10d: small browns, 7s to Bs.
