The final games for the trophies presented by Miss Sinclair were played at -Shannon on Saturday Jast. The ; competition resulted l in some very close games and it was to be regretted that more members were not in attendance. At the conclusion the trophies were presented to the Mr Blackbourn and Mrs Moynihan, by Miss Sinclair. The results were as follows: —-First round: Curran and Mrs Hudson lost, to Blackbourn -and Mrs Moynihan. Second round: T. Roach and Miss I). Jones lost to Blackbourn and Mrs Movnihanj Moody and Miss Hook lost to Spencer and Miss Foster. Third round: Guy and Miss W. Spencer lost to Blackbourn and Mrs Moynihan. Final: ■Spencer and Miss Foster lost to Blackbourn and Mrs Moynihan.
