DOUBLE CHIN
To cure a double ehin hold up your head as much as. possible. When reading rest your chin on your hand, and try to sleep on your back with the pillow tucked into the nape of your neck. Flap the under ehin daily with the corner of a soft towel soaked in cold water and salt, until the flesh tingles.
