The New South Wales PostmasterCteneral de-registered the newspaper Beckett’s Budget on the grounds that it is an indecent and obscene publication, but on a petition by Beckett’s a Judge in Chambers ordered a stay of deregistration proeedings pending the hearing of an application for restoration to the register of newspapers.
