The secretary of the Woodville district Jockey Club advises that owing to the om.ssion of words in the transmission of a telegram, the horses Vertigeni aiu'l David Garrick were wrongly entered in the President's Handicap '.'iirst day) and the Maliaiahara Handicap '(second day), instead of the Woodville Cup and Autumn Handicap respectively. The stewards therefore authorised the correction under Eule 11, Part XV,, p. 43, of the Rules of facing. . ; J
