COUNTY ENGINEER'S POSITION

TWO APPLICANTS INTERVIEWED Two of the thiee applicants who were selected by the Hoiowhenua County Council, from 41 applications, to be interviewed as to their qualifications for the nosition of County Engineer, waited on the Council yesterday. After receiving the applicants in committee, it was announced that further consideration would be given to the matter at the next meeting of the Council, to be held on Saturday, February 11th.
