Messrs Dalgety and Co., Ltd., report a good yarding of both sheep and cattle at Otaki on Thursday last. There was a good attendance and a total clearance was effected at satisfactory rates. Quotations: —Ewes and lambs 30s 3d, shorn ewes 9s 9d to 14s 9d, 2-tooth wethers 22s fid, woolly 2-tooths 275, m.s. 2-tooths 21s 2d, fat cows £4 2s, £4 18s to £5, P.A. cows £3 2s to £4, cows and calves £5 Is to £5 15s, yearling P.A. steers £3, P.A. bulls £5 lis.
