Lila Lee is cast opposite Mr. Lowe in the role of his> self-sacrificing sweetheart. Jane bfovak plays the part, of his brother’s dissatisfied wife, Alice. “THE RIDIN' RASCAL.” Speed, , action and romance are jammed into the five whirlwind reels of “The Riding’ Rascal,” the Art Aeord picture which is to head Monday’s bill. It is one of the most thrilling and well-knit, yarns offered local theatregoers in months. There is not a. loose bit of continuity in •it and the action progresses at a rapid pace with no falling down of suspense until after the picture reaches its thrilling denouement. ' ,
