BANKRUPT SECOND, TIME. "DID NOvVORK." LONDON, Nov. 18. A receiving, order was issued last month against Lord Loughborough, heir to the Earl of Rosslyn. He married Miss Sheila Chisholm, of Sydney, and was divorced last.year. The Deputy Official Receiver- stated to-day that 'since 1924, 5 when Lord. Loughborough had been previously declared bankrupt, the trustees of the Rosslyn estate had allowed him £1 a dav.' The debtor; he said, had no remunerative occupation, and had lived beyond his means, again resorting to money--lenders. The present liabilities were£4ooo, and there were no assets! The trustee, in the 1924 bankruptcy, had lodged proof of a debt of £18,401. . The estate was left in the hands of the Official Reeciver. '
