A GEORGIAN PRINCESS
A picturesque personality in Melbourne is Mrs. Elsum, who, before her marriage was Princess Elizaviata Kipani, of Georgia. During the war she - acted as a nurse, and, after the revolution in Russia joined the White Army, with which she had many adventures. All the men of her family having been killed, she left Russia in 1921, travelled through Manchuria, China and Japan, and after her marriage in the East, came to Australia.
