Knight, Godfrey, Frietas, Mafslin, Bird. The Unions are being asked to forward nominations for the position of manager of the team by November 30, as the Management Committee proposes to make the appointment early in December. The selection of captain and viee-cap-tain was deferred until the medical . examination of the selected players takes place. Mr S. Dean stated that he was proceeding shortly to Honolulu on a health trip and Mr Kitto was appointed vicechairman pro. tern.
