, "SUMMER BACHELORS." A revelry of joy and laughter is in store for the audience which witnesses the showing of Fox Films version of .Warner Fabian's novel, "Summer Bachelors," at the Maoriland Theatre on Saturday. "Summer Bachelors,'? which first appeared serially in McClure's Magazine and has since become a best seller, is a sensational revelation of this jazz age in which Ave live, and Allan Dwan the director chose to handle it, and very successfully, from a humorous angle. The story has for its premise the idea that husbands do not languish home nights when then- better halfs are away on their summer vacation. Quite the contrary, and the results as shown in the film are mirth provoking in the extreme.
An all-star cast with Madge Bellamy in the leading feminine role and Allan Forrest in the principal summer bachelor part, give fine performances. "THE SENSATION SEEKERS." The daring things. that the fast younger set does are startlingly portrayed in the next big feature, "The Sensation Seekers," to be screened on Monday. Wild parties, police raids, automobile races, and a yacht wreck are a few of the thrill producers in this fine dramatization of misguided j r outh. But in it all there is the purifying influence of love —ths love between a "wild" girl and a sober, conventional man.
-; In the cast of "The Sensation Seek-ers"-are .Raymond • Bloomer, Peggy Montgomery, Phillip Smalley, Edith Yorke, Clarence Thompson and Nora Cecil.
