A fair entry of sheep, a good yarding of cattle,',and a smal) yarding of pigs, were offered by Messrs Abraham arid Williams, Ltd , at the Levin stock wale yesterday. A line of 21 springing rows," mostly Jersey cross, offered on account of Mr L. Dixon, of Ohau, were cleared at very satisfactory prices. Tkev quote the following sales:— Sheep.—Fat 'ambs £l, black-faced hoggets 2Ls. Cattle.—Forward cows £3, light heif ers 225, a line of bullocks at £6 7s 6d dairy heifers £5 7s 6d, £d 10s- to £l(i os. ' A line of 21 springing cows on behalf of Mr Dixon averaged £7 10s, (he prices ranging from £5 to £9 15s and for better cows from £t> 15s to £ll ss. Pigs.—Stove pigs 19s to 22&, heavier stores 28s 6d, porkers £2 lt>s.
