From Belfast comes the news that the Earl of Ranfurly, G.C.M.G., formerly Governor of Now Zealand, lias reluctantly decided to dispose of Northland House, Dungannon, and the extensive demesne lands adjoining. The heir to the earldom is Viscount Northland, who is in his fifteenth year, and whose father was killed in action in 1915. Since the war Lord and Lady Ranfurly have done everything in their power to retain the estate for the young heir until he came of age, but post-war troubles have bean too crush*, ing. -
