PRIMARY SCHOOLS CHAMPIONSHIPS.

AT LEVIN TO-MORROW. The various district schools have been busy during the week selecting their champion runners of different ages to compete for the Hobson Shield _. Competition at Levin Domain on Sat- '' urday. In all there are 24 events, but as each school is allowed only one en- ;__ try in each event, preliminary races were necessary to decide these. The champions of each of the following district schools have been entered: Tokomaru, Poroutawhao, Ohau, Manakau, Waikanae, Levin and Foxton. As the latter had an overwhelming victory ."
