SHINGLE NOT POPULAR WITH ROYALTY.
STRINGENT DRESS REGULATIONS PROBABLE. LONDON, January 9. A certain slackness in this connec tion may be reaponible for new regulations. The only shingled Royalty, the Princess of Connaugbt, invariably conceals the faet in the presence of the King. __ mmmmmm _______—.«
