THIS WEEK’S REPORT. Abraham and Williams, Ltd., report on Tuesday’s stock sale as follows: —A small yarding of all classes of stock came forward,:prices realised being on a par with recent sales. Pigs.—-Slips 34s and 35s 6d, porkers (light),£2 and £2 2s Gel, porkers (medium) £2 6s (id, baconers £3 11s. Sheep.—A .small line of fat ewes brought 16s. Cattle. —3-ycar-old steei'3 £5 4s, J light fat cows £4 to £5; forward cows £2 5s to £3, store cows 30s to 32s 6d, cows aud calves £3 lOs to £4 11s, springing heifers £5 15s, springing cows (second cal vers) £lO. The N.Z. Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., report:—At Levin yards on Tuesday there was a small entry of sheep, a medium yarding of cattle and a full, yarding of pigs- .fV total clearance was effected at the following prices: — £$heep, —Medium fat ewes and wethers £1 Is, medium fat hoggets 22s Gd. Cattle. —Pat cows £4 15s to £5 12s 6d. Forward condition cows £2 10s to £3 10s. Stores 255-to £2. Yearling Shorthorn heifers £2, Jersey cross yearling heifers, medium quality £2 5s to £2 14s, bulls 32s 6d to £3 12s 6d, dairy cows £4 2s Gd. Pigs.—'Weaners 20s to 265, stores 28s to 435, porkers £2 7s Gd, £2 15s to £3, light baconers £3 10s to £3 15s. /
