CANNOT ARREST WOMAN.

AIMEE MCPHERSON, AGAIN. Los Angeles, Sept. 27. District-Attorney Keys lias announced that ho has ordered the arrest of Mrs.' Ainieo Semple McPherson, the noted i woman preacher, whose disappearance and subsequent story of alleged kidnapping, combined witTi many rumours of wrong-doing, caused great sensations in America. • Mr. Keys also stated that there is a possibility of Dr. R. W. Waters, whose j name is implicated in an alleged plot Ito fix Mrs. McPherson's disappearance", 'having committed suicide. Dr. Waters had .denied he was implicated in the alleged scandal. Mrs. McPhersoh is awaiting arrestin her luxurious temple, amid a scene of the wildest hysteria. Men and women are shouting and I singing all night long, and all the .streets are blocked with dense crowds. Squads of detectives and special sheriffs, armed with shotguns, are endeavouring to reach the temple.
