THE WOOL SALES. Messrs Dalgety and Co., Ltd., report having received the following cablegrams from their London House under date of the 6th instant:— Wool sales commence on 14th inst. The list of arrivals closed to-day. Quantity available: Australian 37,50,0 bales, Cape 1000 bales, New Zealand 44,000 bales, South American. 20,000 bales, carried forward from last sale 70,000 bales. DAIRY PRODUCE. Butter.—The market is demoralised. Since our last report of 3rd instant, prices are lower a further 4s per cwt. There are over 1,000,000 boxes of various descriptions in cold stores. Quotations are nominal. TALLOW MARKET. Market very quiet. Owing to the small demand, there will.be no public sales this week.
