SMALL YARDINGS OF STOCK. 'Sheep and cattle were small in number at yesterday's Levin sale. The I former failed to reaclr the vendor's reserve, but cattle were disposed of at the following prices:— Cattle.—Medium fat cows £6 10s to £-7 12b 6d, light ditto £4 15s to £5 15s, stores £1 5s to £2, yearling Jersey heifers £2 13s, good springing .heifers £5 15s to £9, medium ditto £4 10s to £5 10s, poorer quality £2 to £3 forward cows £3 ss, light fat bullocks £lO. Pigs.—Light baconers £4 Gs, good quality £3 2s 6d to £3 14s, choppers £3 7s 6d, stores 30s to 38s, good weaners 20s to 255, medium quality 17s to 21s. Sheep.—Fat ewes 245.
