FOUND DROWNED.
'BODY RECOVERED FROM OTAURL STREAM. The body of an elderly man named John Blair was found lying in the Otauru stream this. morning ai the crossing in Sheelium Street. Ihe discovery was made by two of the Borough staff, Messrs Haley and Butt, who weTe carting metal from the stream. Deceased had evidently been drowned. He is a stranger to the district and is believed to have arrived in Shannon .yesterday. It is understood he has relatives at Johnsonville. Art inquest will he held this afternoon.
