SHANNON—-LEVIN. Local knowledge, always a useful factor, was of great assistance to Shannon on Saturday when they plaved Levin. Levin ladies won four of the five games played, but the Shannon men overwhelmed Levin men by 7 to one other game being halved. Mrs W. M. Clark won from Mrs a. Saxon, Miss T. Marsh won from Sinclair, Miss A. Kebbell lost to Mis* E. Saxon, Mrs J. D. Adams won flora Miss N. Cole, Mrs Darkness won faoni Mrs Cron quest. ~ T G C France lost to A. Saxon, M. ,T. Suilian lost to A. Morgan, C. R. Hosie won from Dr. Mackereth, J D. Brown halved with J. Gaghardi, K. E. \<l amis won (from F. Goodwin, A. Free lost, to W. Murray, G. Sherwood lost to C. Jones, G. W. Wilson lost to J Murray, J. Marsh lost to Blackwood, W. Sharp lost to Moody.
