AUCKLAND, May 6. In the Supreme Court, -Roy Morrison, first cook on the Matangi, was charged with doing grievous bodily harm to Edward Knott, second cook, on February 19. He was found not guilty. In the case 1 of Robert William* Thompson, on a charge of .attempted indecent assault at Victoria Park, the jury disagreed, and a new trial was ordered. e Richard Waugh, on a charge of breaking, entering and theft at the premises of Hart Bros., Ltd., was found not guilty, and discharged.
