CHARGE AGAINST NEPIA DISMISSED NAPIER, March 15. George Nepia, the All Black full back, was before the Court to-day on a charge of being illegally on licensed premises. For the defence it was established that it was Nepia’s birthday and he had heen with friends as a' guest to the hotel for itea and when ,the police entered Nepia and the others had dirty glasses before them. The Magistrate dismissed the case.
