RAID ON GAMBLING SALOON.
CELESTIALS AND EUROPEANS FINED. WELLINGTON, March 15. As the result of police raids on Saturday Ah Chin Leong was fined £3O for keeping a common gaming house. Leong’s house was raided in the alternoon. He was bailed out and Ills premises w'ere again raided in • the evening.' Default was fixed at- two inontitis. All Tek 'and All Young ou similar charges were fined £2O in default six weeks. For being found on the premises three Europeans were also fined.
