INSANE, FATHER MURDERS TWIN y ’ BABIES, WELLINGTON, March L A message from Cievedon on the Wairoa River, states that Septi rus Page, aged 37, became suddenly in-sane’and-cut lire'throats of his two babies who are twins,‘three mom us old. He then cut his own throat, ihe babies are dead, but it is not known whether Page is dead.' He occupies a farm two- miles out from Cievedon. The deed was committed during toe absence of his .wife who. arrived ui town on a visit this morning
