Albert Robert Morris, aged 36, who was driving a car on the wrong side in Willis 4 street on Saturday, and collluetf with a motor cycle, Which <v*a,s wrecked, pleaded guilty to being in charge 'of a car while intoxicated. Counsel contended that as accused had driven,a constable to the-police station he was not, really drunk. Mr Page,' S.M., imposed a fine otf £3O and suspended /the license for one year, and also endorsed it.
