NOTICE is hereby given that the Council proposes for the purpose of alterations and additions to the present Municipal Buildings, Plimmer Terrace, Shannon, to raise a special loan of £7OO at a rate of interest not exceeding six per cent, per annum, with a sinking fund not exceeding two per cent.
