VALII) IN ELECTORATES. NOTWITHSTANDING FOREIGN DOMICILE. WELLINGTON, Last Night. The Legislative Amendment Bill, which was introduced to the House to-night, is designed to mate certain that notwithstanding the legislation of last session, members of Parliament would not be deprived of their voting rights. The Prime Minister said there was doubt in the minds of the legal advisers of the Government as to whether .members of Parliament were clearly within their rights in voting in their electorates, having regard to the places in which some of them were domiciled. Further, the Bill provided that neither the nominations or the elections of members should be invalidated through their being registered on the wrong rolls.
