Sheep maintained a fair aver- | age price, but the offerings were very small. Cows.—Forward £3 5s to £4 10s, stores £2 to £3, springing heifers (of a very high quality) £ll, heifers and calves £4 17s 6d, medium fat £5 18s to £7, light fat heifers £6 10s. Pigs.—Weaners 13s to 235, good , ditto 25s to 28s, medium stores, 28s 6d to 335, good forward ditto, to £2 ss, baconers £3 to £4 Os 6d, porkers £3 , 10s to £2 16s. Hoggets brought from 28s 2d to 32s 6d.
