CABINET'S DECISION IN A DAY OR TWO. WELLINGTON, Sept. 3. A strong deputation from the New Zealand Alliance waited on the Prime Minister this morning and laid heiore'hiin considerations bearing upon the question of licensing legislation. The Prime Minister told the deputation that Cabinet woiuld consider the question of amending the present law this session and he would issue a statement in the course of a few days.
