WEDDING BELLS.

j LOGAN—’WEBSTER. ■ A must, popular and pretty wedding was sofemniseu at the Presbyterian Church on Wednesday afternoon, flic contracting parties being a wellknown and popular couple ul Shannon, Miss’ Mary McDonald (Molly) w ouster, eldest daughter of Mr and Mrs W, Webster, of Miranui, and Mr Christopher Logan, sou of Mr T. Logan, oil Cruden Bay, Seotlanu. The church, which was tilled with guests and in ends, iiad been nicely decorated by die bride's girl friends, Rev. a. F. Stewart performed the ceremony, umd the Wedding March was played by Miss A. Aim. Tiie bride, who was given away by her father, looked charming in a dainty frock of brocaded crepe de chine and white georgette, finished with touches of silver with silver shoes and stockings to match. Her veil was held in place wiili orange blossom and white heather and s.he carried a beautiful bouquet. She was attended by Miss Eileen Spencer, of Palmerston North, as clrief bridesmaid, who wore a Irpck of shelf pink brocaded crepe de chine with a panel of pleated georgette in front and a bow ol' tulle, at the side with silver headdress and bouquet. Miss Annie Webster, sis-, ter of the bride, as flower ,giiT, wore a frock of turquoise crepe de chine, trimmed with cascades of georgette of the same shade with silver and blue head-dregs and carried a bouquet. Mr T. Carter, of Palmerston N. attended the bridegroom as best man.

The happy couple were the recipients of many valuable and useful presents. Alter the ceremony a reception was'held in the 'Parish Hall where the usual toasts were honoured. Later in tiie afternoon Mr and Mrs Logan left by car to spend their honeymoon at Rotorua. The bride travelling in a navy blue costume and clocke hat trimmed with cerise shades to tone.

Spencer (Palmerston North), brown brocaded morocain with fawn trimmings; Miss M. Spencer (Palmerston North), fawn embossed morocain with royal blue trimmings; Mrs Ghhezzaui (Palmerston North), .black and white figured, morocain; Mrs Spencer, Senr. (Shannon),' blue frock; Mrs Hillier (Norse-, wood, Hawkes Bay), navy costume with touches of red; Mrs W. Baird (Shannon), black crepe do chine and fur coat; Mrs Hallam, navy blue costume; Miss A. Brown, navy blue Ottoman silk frock; Mrs Humphries, nigger brown coat frock; Mrs B. Gordon, navy coat frock; Miss G. Young (Palmerston North), vieux rose frock; Miss Brown (Makerua), brown coat frock; Miss J. Davis (Palmerston N.), blue velvet coat lroek, fur trimming. TJie bride wore a very dainty frock of brocaded crepe-de-cliine and white georgette, finished with touches of silver. Silver shoes and stockings to match. Her veil was held in pla’ce with orange blussom and white heather and she carried a beautiful bouquet. Chief bridesmaid, Miss Eileen Spencer, of Palmerston North, a shell pink brocaded erepe-de-chine with panel of pleated georgette in front and bow of tulle at side with silver hairdress and bouquet. The flower girl Miss Annie Webster, sister of the bride wore turquoise crepe-tle-chine trimmed with cascades of .georgette of the same shade.
