INCREASE In ’oTAKI RIDING At the annual statutory meeting of the Horowhenua Comity council, the following rates were struck lor me ensuing year, the figures, given m parenthesis representing last year s rate. As will be noted, the only instance in which a rise in rate has been made is in the Otaki riding, where last year it was reduced to 3'l from the figure at which it is now Used.
