During the month past 140 new consumers have been added to the Horowhenua Electric Power Board’s circuit, making a total of 1464. The total applications received for installations now number 1735. The more important industrial consumers connected during the month were: Messrs Harpers’ flaxmill, 15 h.p.; Tokomaru Dairy Co., 20 h.p.; A. and E. Flaxdressing Co., 20 h.p. During the month 26 water healers, 13 stoves and 23 motors were delivered to different purchasers.
