Irwin the sum ol £4 7s (id at the rate of £1 per month, in default 7 days. Ohas. Turner v. P. Keriona, claim for £3 ss, an order was made for payment forthwith, in default 7 days. CRUELTY TO ANIMALS.
Rarima Wallace and Richard Moses were charged with at Manaka'Ui, on March 3, they being the (owner of horses, did work them while suffering ii-oin sore shoulders.

Harry Gibbs, charged with driving a. trap' without lights along Oxionl street at 7.50 p.m., was fined B )s find costs 7s.
