Hughes, claim £9 Us, costs 13s Commissioner of Taxes v Gotlieb Grumwald, claim £1 2s, costs Bs. A. G. Donald v. W. Eparima, claim £4 10s, costs *S7s 6d. ' \ G Donald v. Para Matakatea, claim £2 15s 9d, costs £1 13s 6d. AG Donald v. C. McDonald, claim £2. 4s, costs £1 15s 6d. „,„ ATXT QUITTING A MOVING TRAIN. _ Reginald George Reid was charged with leaving a moving tram at Leym and also with trespassing on a portion of the Railway Department s property not open to the public The Police stated that it was a habit with certain commercial travellers to step off the Auckland express,. which 5 ntrt scheduled to stop at Levin, but which slows down there The defendant took advantage of this fact •and quitted the tram as stated in the charge. A fine of £2 and costs /s was imposed.
