McDonald, claim £2. 4s, costs £1 15s 6d. „,„ ATXT QUITTING A MOVING TRAIN. _ Reginald George Reid was charged with leaving a moving tram at Leym and also with trespassing on a portion of the Railway Department s property not open to the public The Police stated that it was a habit with certain commercial travellers to step off the Auckland express,. which 5 ntrt scheduled to stop at Levin, but which slows down there The defendant took advantage of this fact •and quitted the tram as stated in the charge. A fine of £2 and costs /s was imposed.
