They had the satisfaction, however, of knowing that they had had a good man, a fact that was more fully Dome out,by his securing the Auckland appointment. He wished to congratulate Mr Overton on Jus appointment, and thought the best way the Board could show its appreciation was 'tq grant the leave that was asked for.. This was agreed to.
