M'Naughton, of Hornby, states that •die has had her faculties completely restored as the result of spirtual aid Mrs M'Naughton was prepared loi .the r,cent mission of healing by the Rev. H. Yorke. of St. Peter's. Upper Uiccarton. Having delayed tho sending in of her name, anil other n-?ccs-sarv particulars, she was unable to attend the mission. On November 29, the last, dav of the mission, the Key. H Braddock, of Wellington, who ia engaged in Bible-in-Schools work, anointed her. with wonderful results. The patient met with an accident at the age of IS months,- and ever since has been a. cripple. She has been suffering From .both curvative of tne spine and a deformed leg. She states that immediately after the ceremony the curvative disappeared and no deformity was perceptible. Numerous medical men had attended her, but without beneficial results and all had declared her case incurable. Her right foot and leg had been deformed since infancy. The muscle had never developed and a cork was -used to fill the boot in order that it might be worn at all. "Now" slates Mrs 'M'Naughton "mv foot is developing more and moro every day and I have discarded nearly country's business is to remain econoin the toe of the boot. My leg has already grown almost, two inches and the deformity lias almost disappeared." Mrs M'Naughton stated that the leg had grown over an inch and a half since the laying on of hands, a fact which could be verified by Mr Yorke, who was in possession of all the measurements.
