ARAMOHO MURDER.

NO TRACE LEFT.

At periods varying< from a week or more some person, without much occupation for the mind, starts a rumour going that the police have made an arrest for the Aramoho murder (says the Wanganui Chronicle). The news does not take long to circulate, and in due course inquiries start to roll in per telephone to the newspaper offices. The rumour monger can rest assurred that he will be promptly notified by the local press as soon as any arrest is made. At the present time this event, which would be welcome news to thousands of people, does not appear to be very probable.
