SUPPLIES DECLINE.. Despite the exceptionally good seaison which has obtained locally as com. 'pared with other districts, the lack-of l sufficient rain, and consequent dryness iof feed has had the effect of neduc'ingi the supply of milk at the local factories below that of last year's figures. The recent heavy rains, however, should have a corrective effect and next month's total show a com- , parative improvement.
